This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Architectural Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: Conseil scolaire Viamonde 1 Vanier drive, Suite 101 Welland (Ontario) L3B 1A1 Conseil scolaire catholique Providence 7515 Forest Glade drive, Windsor (Ontario) N8T 3P5 Category 1 - Small Renovations ($100,000 to $1,249,999) Projects will have an estimated construction value between $100,000 and $1,249,999 million. Projects in this category generally include but are not limited to small renovations (classroom/school/daycare). The VOR list for Category 1 projects will be broken down into six (6) zones as per Appendix B - RFSQ Particulars - Deliverables. Projects in this category generally include but not limited to small renovations. Category 2 - Large Renovations, Small Additions, New Daycare Construction, Demolitions and/or Retrofits ($1,250,000 to $5,999,999) Projects will have an estimated construction value between $1,250,000 million to $5,999,999 million. Projects in this category generally include but are not limited to large renovations, small additions, new daycare construction, demolitions and/or retrofits. The VOR list for Category 2 will be broken down into six (6) zones as per Appendix B - RFSQ Particulars - Deliverables. Category 3 - Large Additions, Major Renovations and New School Construction (Elementary, Secondary, K-12) (Greater Than $6,000,000) Projects will have an estimated construction value greater than $6 million. Projects in this category generally include but are not limited to large additions, major renovations, and new school construction. Category 3 will have a single awarded zone. The single awarded zone covers the entire Board's service area.
