Reference number : 1658090 Review Title : Professional services for television inspection of sewer pipes by surface-manipulated multi-directional telephoto camera - Year 2022 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Ville de Sherbrooke wishes to obtain tenders in the form of a service offer with price presented separately for professional services for television inspections of sewer pipes by multidirectional telephoto camera manipulated on the surface and the analysis of inspections by self-propelled conventional camera. All according to the terms and conditions described in this tender document. Bids will be evaluated following a two-step weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section. In summary, the first step is the qualitative evaluation and the second is the price evaluation for bids that have received at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also called interim scoring. Two envelopes, one of which contains the price offer, must therefore be used by the tenderers. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
