Electronic bid submission accepted: No The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is requesting bids by public call for tenders for a landfill service for residual materials in an engineered landfill (LET) . The offer must be presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements. The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the SEAO and it is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their tender. Guarantee required: The service provider must accompany its bid with a bid guarantee valid for a period of 90 days from the date and time limit set for the receipt of bids, in the lump sum of: Ninety thousand dollars ($ 90,000 ), if the guarantee is in the form of a bid bond issued in favor of the Municipality, by a company legally authorized to stand surety and this bond must comply with the provisions of the bond model provided in the appendix;
Forty-five thousand dollars ($ 45,000 ), if the guarantee is in one of the following forms: a certified cheque; a mandate; one milking; an irrevocable letter of guarantee, in accordance with the provisions of the model letter of guarantee provided in the appendix, issued by a bank, a savings or credit union or by a trust or savings company For any request for additional information, please contact Mr. François Deneault, B.SC, Director of the Public Works Department by email at fdeneault@stesophie.ca.
