The Work required for this Project includes: Demolish existing asphalt around several utility vault lids and access hatch. Minor grading. Adjustment and repair of existing vault lid risers. Procurement and installation of new manhole frames and hatch lid. Construction of reinforced concrete slab to replace existing asphalt. Bid Estimate: Estimated cost range is $220,000 to $270,000 plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). Bid Security: Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid in a form allowed by the Instructions to Bidders.
