The Madison School HVAC System Replacement Scope of work to include the demolition of the existing mechanical equipment, ductwork and piping as well as the demolition of the existing boiler, associated appurtenances and piping. Provide abatement as required to support new Mechanical Equipment installation. Provide new high efficiency gas-fired boiler and appurtenances. Provide new HVAC equipment including unit ventilators, exhaust fans, gas fired air handling unit, fan coils, energy recovery ventilators, finned tube convectors, cabinet heaters, duct coils, and roof hoods. Provide DDC controls. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. Structural work to support new HVAC equipment. Architectural work to support new HVAC equipment. Any questions related to this project or the project bid documents shall be submitted electronically by November 21, 2022.
