The work also includes but is not limited to construction grading, pavements, utilities, lighting, and landscaping for a 650-vehicle parking lot and 1000 feet of two lane roadway. Utilities will include drainage, sanitary sewer, watermain, electrical, telecommunication, steam and geothermal. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms should submit a capabilities package limited to ten (10) pages (Exclude Joint Venture and Bonding information from page count) and include the following: 1.
