The project includes, but is not limited to: Replace the current pool heat boilers with one high efficiency boiler. Perform upgrades to the current solar loop heating system. Prevailing Wage Rates and the Metro Parks Tacoma Apprenticeship Training Program requirements will apply. 290 apprentice hours are estimated for this project. The base bid estimate range is $300,000 - $350,000. Time of completion is 120 calendar days.
