Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and office development.

Bidders Who Submit a Bid Must Be a Plan Holder of Record at the Issuing Office. Bids From Bidders Not on the Plan Holder's List May Be Returned as Being Not Responsive. Plan Holder's Are Required to Provide an Email Address to Receive Addenda and Other Information Electronically. All Bidders Must Include a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications With Sealed Bids. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Conform to the Wage Requirements Prescribed by the Federal Davis-bacon and Related Acts Which Requires That All Laborers and Mechanics Employed by Contractors and Sub-contractors Performing on Contracts Funded in Whole or in Part With Federal Funds in Excess of $2,000 Pay Their Laborers and Mechanics Not Less Than the Prevailing Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits, as Determined by the Secretary of Labor, for Corresponding Classes of Laborers and Mechanics Employed on Similar Projects in the Area. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Equal to at Least 10% of the Maximum Bid as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Contractor Will, Within 10 Days of Receipt of the Notice of Award, Furnish the Owner With a Performance and Payment Bond Equal to the Contract Price. The Village of Mt. Horeb Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Technicality and to Accept Any Bid That It Deems Advantageous. All Bids Shall Remain Subject to Acceptance for Forty-five (45) Days After the Time Set for Bid Opening. The Contract Award Shall Be Made Based on the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder.
