PART 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS September 1 & September 8, 2022 CONTRACT 22-105 2022 Water Service Replacements West Main Street (orchard Ln To S First St) East Main Street (s First St To S Fifth St) Springdale Street (s Fifth St To Thompson Ln) Plans for the work are on file for inspection at the Village Office, 138 East Main Street, Mount Horeb . Plan Holders are required to provide an e-mail address to receive addenda and other information electronically. Plan Holders are required to designate whether they are a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier, which will be posted on the project Plan Holders List. All bidders must include a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with sealed Bids. Bidders who submit a bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the issuing office. Bids from Bidders not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as being not responsive. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to at least 10% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Contractor will, within 10 days of receipt of the Notice of Award, furnish the Owner with a Performance and Payment Bond equal to the Contract price.
