Health located at the Pinecrest Support and Services Center, 100 Pinecrest Drive, Pineville, LA
71360. Deadline to receive written inquiries: 11/15/2022 To furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to remove existing ten
(10) ton A/C system and install one (1) new ten (10) ton Trane
TTA12043DAA split A/C system, or equal, and two (2) Trane TEM4BOC60
air handlers, or equal
Remove existing ten (10) ton A/C unit. Including two (2) air handlers,
condenser, heat strip kits, line set, thermostat, thermostat wiring, drain
pipes, transitions, and wood platform for air handler, etc. Dispose of all
spoilage. No dumpster shall be provided.
o Supply and install new Trane ten (10) ton condenser model
TTA12043DAA with hail guards, or equal, and two (2) five (5) ton Model
TEM4BOC60 Air Handlers, or equal. New system shall include air
handlers, condenser, fifteen (15) kw heat strip kits, line set,
thermostat, thermostat wiring, drainpipes, and transitions.
o Supply and install electric disconnect for condenser.
o Install new line set, evacuate and recharge with new refrigerant.
o New line set shall be size per Manufacturers specifications
o New thermostat shall be installed per Manufacturers specifications.
o Reseal line set at wall penetration with mortar. No open holes shall be
allowed.
o Existing concrete pad for the condenser shall be reused.
o Perform Manufacturers start-up and confirm proper operation.
o Pinecrest Supports & Services Center will build and set a new air
handler platform.
o Increase two (2) return air duct and return air grills to twenty-four by
thirty-six (24 x 36) inches
