Pre-Bid Teleconference: A prebid teleconference will not be held for this solicitation. from qualified firms to to furnish and deliver various components of the BRIFEN Wire Rope Safety Fence per the specifications and requirements contained herein. The work will consist of providing and delivering the requested line posts and appurtenances, rope terminal ends and wire rope sections with rope splices. The delivery shall be made to the VDOT Harrisonburg Residency Office located at 3536 N. Valley Pike Harrisonburg, VA. 22802 within the Staunton District. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One time purchase with delivery within forty-five (45) days from award. (Non-renewable) QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS INVITATION FOR BID: Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Rebecca Smith Coburn at Rebecca.Coburn@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on November 9, 2022.
