Facilitated by Unified Energy 8760 Ltd. ("8760"), the Rural Municipalities of Alberta, operating as Canoe Procurement Group of Canada ("Canoe") are conducting an aggregated tender for its member's Electricity and Natural Gas future requirements. Canoe and 8760 have been formally awarded contracts to manage the electricity and natural gas procurement process on behalf of the participating members of Canoe (hereafter known as "The Client(s)"). The Clients are made up of an array of publicly funded seniors' organizations, school divisions, town and cities, municipal districts and counties, health facilities, and other public organizations across Alberta. This Request for Qualification ("RFQ") is an invitation by Canoe and 8760 to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Part 3 - Evaluation of Responses for future eligibility as a bidder in a competitive bidding process to provide Electricity Supply and / or Natural Gas Supply as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables").
