Renovation of a detention facility in Peace River, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Supply and installation of four (4) replacement air conditioning condensers and compressors. New units to be of same size/capacity as existing units. .1 Compressor RC-2 (located in basement Mechanical Room 2) and condenser CU-2 (located on roof), .2 Compressor RC-3(located in basement Mechanical Room 1) and condenser CU-3 (located on roof), .3 Compressor AC-8 (located in basement Mechanical Room 5) and condenser (located on roof), .4 Chiller Unit #1 - compressor located in basement Mechanical Room 6, and condenser (located in ground level compound).
