The Town of Peace River (the "Town") request proposals to provide for greenspace maintenance services for Town owned public property. Greenspace Maintenance Services will consist of, but not limited to the following: Weekly, and monthly grass cutting and whipper snipping. Annual flower bed preparation, planting and watering. Hanging basket watering and maintenance, as outlined in Schedule "B" Services at all town identified sites in Schedule "C". The contract period for this Request for Proposal is for three (3) consecutive seasons beginning May 1st and ending September 30th (start and end dates are weather dependent). This proposal includes the years of 2023, 2024 and 2025 with an optional additional period for 2026 and 2027, upon the initiation of the Town of Peace River. A review will be undertaken at the end of the first month to negotiate any additions or deletions to the contract, review the performance of the contractor, modify existing areas, and generally ensure that the contract is being performed in accordance with the expectations of the Municipality.
