Renovation of a municipal facility in Burbank, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City of burbank roofing and rtu replacement projects Roofing and RTU replacement at four (4) city buildings including an approximate total of 46,164 S.F. of roof replacement and replacement of eight (8) RTU's, and installation of other HVAC equipment, and all other appurtenant work as specified. Documents will be provided to prime bidders only. B. Prime bidders may obtain a PDF version of all bid documents by emailing a request to the project architect listed above. Contractor shall pay directly for all ordered documents. C. Bidders must be prequalified by Owner. Prequalification forms are available in document, AIA A305. D. The successful Bidder and all of its Subcontractors will be required to comply with all laws statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings or enactments of any Local, State and Federal laws concerning payment of prevailing wage rates and all but not limited to, the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Act and Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. F. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. V. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept the Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the Owner.
