UCPS is soliciting bids for Tennis Court Improvements at Marvin Ridge High School, 2825 Crane Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173 and Weddington High School, 4901 Weddington Road, Matthews, NC 28104. A Prebid Meeting will not be held. 5% Bid Bond All questions/product substitution requests relating to this project shall be directed to the Procurement Lead identified above in the form of an email no later than December 28, 2022 UCPS reserves the right to award this project in a method considered to be most advantageous. This includes the right to issue single award, multiple awards, or reject all bids Contractor shall provide equipment, labor, materials, permits, inspections, etc. as needed for turn-key project. Contract documents are intended to specify basic description of the Work to be provided in the contract. The Contractor will be responsible for compliance with all current local, state, and national codes and regulations. This includes, but not limited to, complying with all ADA requirements. In the event of a conflict between the Scope of Work and code regulations, Contractor shall notify the UCPS Project Coordinator for direction.
