The scope of work includes: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, erosion control, maintenance/pond conversion, limited earthwork (grading and fine grading), culvert crossing, limited storm drainage, restroom building(s), amphitheater, large pavilion, park shelter, sport court, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, fencing, utilities connections and ancillary building, site and utility work as detailed in the drawings and specifications for the Downtown Park project. Project Location: 301 Givens Street, Waxhaw NC 28173 The Bidder states that they understand the work of the Base Bid must be substantially completed within 335 consecutive calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Final completion of the work for the Base Bid must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days of substantial completion Project No. 22103.00
