Site work and paving for a civil project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of approximately 70 lineal feet of 24" reinforced concrete pipe with manhole, rock channel protection, 12' wide shared path pavement repair, associated removal\disposal of the existing collapsed 24" culvert and headwall, and site restoration including planting of 18 trees. Replacement ofan exisiting collapsed 24" culvert crossing under the little miami scenic trail 0.19 miles west of the avoca park trailhead. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. BASE BID ESTIMATE: $68,000.00
