The San Juan Unified School District ("District") is seeking proposals and qualifications from qualified individuals or entities to assist the District in developing, implementing and delivering energy efficiency and conservation measures at District site(s) based on a specific scope provided by the District on a project by project basis. The District seeks proposals that would include the following school sites identified in the RFP. The District seeks proposals that would include a scope of work for Projects that could include, but is not necessarily limited to HVAC upgrade projects lighting retrofit, solar, battery storage, charging stations, energy efficient pool systems, pumps, boilers, and any upgrades or replacements that would result in energy savings to the District. Each individual "Project" will be defined by a more detailed scope of work, including the type of energy efficiency and conservation work and site and may be awarded to qualified Respondent(s) in the manner set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). Respond to Questions: 11/16/22 @ 5p.m. This RFP is issued pursuant to authorization by the District's governing board and any contract will be awarded in accordance with Government Code section 4217.12. However, unless and until the District's governing board awards and approves a contract with the successful Respondent and such contract has been fully executed, no contract exists or is binding upon the District.
