Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Boos center - site upgrades for east walking path and exercise equipment as listed in bid alternate a of plan. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents. The City of Jackson does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin, color, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, and physical or mental handicap as to: access, availability, employment, or participation in any of its programs and activities. Questions are submitted online No Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms through electronically. No prebid will be held. Contractor's can direct their questions to Shelly Allard at sallard@cityofjackson.org. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM.
