The Government requires performance of the following: 1. The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is an Indefinite-Delivery - Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. 2. MATOC is a competitive Multiple Award IDIQ construction contract. This solicitation will result in more than one (1) award, not to exceed five (5) contracts. 3. The NAICS for this requirement is 236220, with a size standard of $45M. 4. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. 5. Guaranteed Minimum for the ordering period is $2,000.00. 6. Bid guarantee is required. 7. Task Orders will be individually bonded. 8. IAW FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects will be cited on the Request for Task Order Proposal (RFTOP). 9. Written questions should be submitted to Candi Caquelin via electronic mail at candi.l.caquelin.civ@army.mil, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on September 27, 2023. 10. The Sample Task Order is a live project which the Government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Refer to ATTACHMENT 4 for specific guidance.
