C Street Sewer System Improvements Project according to the Drawings and Project Manual and accepted by the Owner and described in general as: 1) Furnish and install 16 sanitary sewer manholes. 2) Abandon in-place and install bypass piping in 17 septic tanks. 3) Abandon in-place one septic tank. 4) Install approximately 2,500 feet of sanitary sewer line using a combination of open-cut and pipe bursting methods. 5) Reconnect existing laterals where installing new mainline. 6) Construct one new 4-inch sewer lateral. 7) Septic tank pumping and other required bypassing pumping as required to maintain sewer service during construction.
