Site work, new construction and remodeling of a municipal facility in John Day, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
GRANT COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE may reject any late bid and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of GRANT COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE that it is in their best interest to do so. The bidder must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board. The project is an interior remodel of the existing Grant County Chamber of Commerce building. The work will consist of the following: Replacing an existing overhead door, constructing a new ADA compliant restroom, supply & install fixtures, constructing a new 10x12 storage room, repairing and leveling approximately 412 sq. ft. of existing concrete floor and installing approximately 412 sq.ft. of laminate flooring, installing new light fixtures and electrical outlets. All bids must be submitted on the supplied forms. GRANT COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE will award the contract within five (5) calendar days of the bid opening. Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the notice to proceed. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
