General Scope of Work: The primary objective of package 7, segment 3 is to w iden the Barbours Cut navigation channel to approximately 455 feet, modify the channel entrance, and perform advanced maintenance for the flare. Per AFARS 5132.702 (a)(ii)(B) "Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available."
