Improvements will include: a new chloramine booster station building with a drain connection to the existing sewer in Minaret, chlorine and ammonia storage and chemical pumping equipment, three new reservoir hatches, reservoir mixing system with 3 hp Pax horizontal mixers, partial replacement of existing pump station block wall, pump station site paving improvements and a vehicle access gate, reservoir access road with steel security fence and gate, reservoir access stairway, modification of the existing SCE power feed to the pump station, electrical improvements for chloramine building and mixing system and repair and relocation of portions of the existing HOA irrigation system to accommodate the improvements.
