Upgrades and improvement of an office on the third and eignt floor at 2155 Guy Street in Montreal leased by the owner. This project involves renovating a rental area of approximately 1,330 m2 that will mainly accommodate office-type spaces and collaboration rooms. The scope of work will include demolition and repair in asbestos and crystalline silica conditions. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Tender for the general contractor issued by the owner upder the number 22-026-02 has closed. Deposited bids are under review. Award is anticipated in late 2023. Further update at that time.
