Renovation of an educational facility in Lewis Center, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and completed Bid Guaranty Contract Bond Form as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. Direct all questions to Rob Banville, rbanville@schorrarchitects.com It is therefore our recommendation the School Board award Bid Package 1 to Fey Roofing & Sheet Metal in the amount of $1,316,000.00 and Bid Package 2 to JB Roofing in the amount of $1,387,359.00.
