Renovation of a residential development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,146-square-foot residential development.
The Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the surface preparation and installation of resinous flooring upon the existing sub floor at two dormitory buildings located at 54 Low Beach Road, Nantucket, MA. in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in its best interest to do so. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.149, 44A(2)(C) and c.30, 39M.
