The WIU Boardroom Alterations project was awarded to: General: TBI Contracting for $356000 Plumbing: K & K Plumbing for $65,427 Electrical: Merit Electrical for $323,900 Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Boardroom Alterations - The Project consists of providing alterations to the three (3) existing meeting rooms and alterations to restrooms serving those rooms for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit. Bids shall be on a lump-sum basis. Segregated Bids will not be accepted. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Westmoreland Intermediate Unit, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in part or in total, and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids. Completion- 182 calendar days
