The work includes but is not limited to the following: This project involves the removal of the existing wood and steel platform and construction of a new Railcar Cleaning Platform in two (2) phases and all associated site work and improvements as indicated on the contract documents. The work shall be sequenced in two (2) phases in order to allow Rail operations to continue the use of half of the existing wood platform. Phase 1 shall be from grid lines 1 to 18 and Phase 2 is from gridlines 18 to 32, as shown on Exhibit AA. The contractor is responsible to coordinate the work of all subcontractors and suppliers in the most effective manner to diligently complete the work and meet the project schedule.
