The contract term is anticipated to be a 1-year period on or about December 14, 2022 and concluding on or about December 14, 2023. The total term of the contract shall not exceed one (1) year. Construction Plans and Bid Documents Professional Services for Kovacevich Park Field of Dreams and Baseball Teams Project The City of Arvin, California (the City) requests sealed proposal for services associated with rehabilitating the existing baseball fields, play area, parking areas, and surrounding landscape that are specified in the Citys 2022 California Department of Parks and Recreation 2018 Parks Bond Act Grant application. The scope of this proposal will be to assist the City of Arvin in all, aspects of this project, including but not limited to the development of concept plans, construction plans and bid documents for the Kovacevich Park Field of Dreams and Baseball Teams Project. The City seeks proposals and statements of qualifications from interested firms.
