As of January 3,2023. The Project has been awarded to Turner Asphalt for the awarded amount of 327,487.50. This contract is for pavement patching and repair of various streets and locations within the City of Raleigh. Estimated locations have been provided as an attachment, within this contract. Locations may be added or deleted by the City as deemed necessary. To accommodate the bid questions process, Vendors shall submit any such questions by December 9, 2022 @ 2:00 p.m. The City will not entertain any further questions after the question deadline. The City will answer all questions in addenda to the bid and post on the IPS Portal. No proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing, the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal. Bidders must be properly licensed as "Unclassified" or "Highway" under Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
