The Project consists of construction of a 75,000 Gallon Storage Tank located off of Carters Valley Road. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: David Wykle, PE, Suite 3, 130 West Summer Street, Greeneville, TN 37743, 423-638-2770. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM at: Associated General Contractors, 249 Neal Drive, Blountville, TN 37617 Bloomingdale Utility District, 3212 Bloomingdale Road, Kingsport, TN 37660 W&W Engineering, 130 West Summer Street, Suite 3, Greeneville, TN 37743 Builders Exchange of Tennessee, 300 Clark Street, Knoxville, TN 37291 Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to W&W Engineering, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including
