Site work and new construction of a day care center in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,236-square-foot, two-story above grade day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

The prequalified firm(s) will be invited to tender on demolition of existing field house adjacent to Fen Burdett Stadium and construction of new Mahon Park Childcare and Washroom Facility in replacement. Demolition: The first phase will include Hazardous Material Abatement and Demolition of the existing change room, washroom, and concession building. The existing facility contains a centralized electrical room which supplies power to the adjacent Fen Burdett track lighting. The electrical room will be decommissioned and temporary power will be located in a kiosk remote to the fieldhouse through the duration of the building construction.
