The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for the third phase of the North Shore Jump on a New Heat Pump program to provide expanded decision-support services through various stages of the retrofit journey. Building off the first two phases of the program, Phase 3 of Jump on a New Heat Pump will fill gaps in existing homeowner resources to empower North Shore homeowners to switch to zero emission space heating.
