The Leslie County Fiscal Court is soliciting qualifications from consulting engineers for professional engineeringl services on the Leslie County Gas Line Project. The Leslie County Fiscal Court is pursuing projects that will improve accessibility throughout the courthouse. The project will extend natural gas to the down town area of Leslie County, including Mountain View Elementary, Leslie County Detention Center, Animal Shelter, Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital, HCTC Hyden Campus, LKLP, Leslie County Court House, Leslie County High School, Vocational School, Hyden Senior Citizens Center and all businesses along Main Street.Project has been amended to include the Leeco Road Campground and possibly WB Muncy Elementary School. The Leslie County Fiscal Court is seeking the technical assistance of a qualified Engineering consulting firm to assist them in the development, planning, design, and construction observation of qualified projects. Minimum requirements include previous experience in engineering on similar projects. The Leslie County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, Section 504 and EO 11246.
