REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 70Z08723RKODI8270978 INCLUDING SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS ENTITLED: UNITED STATES COAST GUARD PAVING, BASE SUPPORT UNIT KODIAK ISLAND, ALASKA. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for paving repairs and replacement in support of USCG Base Support Unit (BSU) Kodiak, AK. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, the specifications attached hereto, and applicable wage rates. A bid guarantee IS required in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the "seed project" RFP included with this solicitation. Payment and performance bonds will be required for all task orders exceeding $150,000. Payment bonds will be required for all orders exceeding $35,000. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: Refer to Section K-1, page 27 of this RFP. The total aggregate ceiling of the base period and all potential option periods is $10,000,000. The Government contemplates a single award task order contract (SATOC) indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). This IDIQ and resulting task orders will be firm fixed price. Site Visit (Construction) (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
