Renovation of a medical facility in Ketchikan, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
City of Ketchikan is requesting sealed bids for the Ketchikan General Hospital Southeast Window Wall Replacement, Contract No. 21-12 consisting of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and other facilities necessary to complete the Work set forth in the Contract Drawings and Specifications, and terms of the Contract successfully. The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract generally consists of removal of existing aluminum windows, installation of new self-adhered weather-proof barrier, hat channel, and metal siding; installation of new aluminum storefront window system and associated interior finish repair on three floors of the Ketchikan General Hospital Long-term Care Unit Southeast façade.
