The City of Ketchikan requests sealed bids for janitorial services from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, consisting of the following: 1. After-hours cleaning of the Tongass Historical Museum, 629 Dock Street -- seven days per week May through September; five days per week October through April. 2. Mid-day cleanup and replenishment of supplies in the public restrooms in the Tongass Historical Museum, daily, May through September. 3. After-hours cleaning of the Totem Heritage Center, 601 Deermount -- seven days per week May through September; two days per week October through April. Bid forms and copies of draft Contract 22-22, including Scope of Work, are available from the Ketchikan Museum Department, 629 Dock Street, Ketchikan. Inquiries about this contract should be made to the Museum Director's office (907) 225-5600. The City of Ketchikan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of the City. Bids will be subject to evaluation under Section 3.12.041 of the Ketchikan Municipal Code. Two Criteria will be used in evaluation of bids received: 1. Amount of bid (50%) 2. Experience and past performance of bidder (50%)
