Renovation of a medical facility in Shiprock, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement to replace all coolant heater jackets to four (4) Generators for the Facility Maintenance at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. The Delivery Date for this requirement will be sixty (60) days from the Date of Award. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery date, past performance, and price. QUESTIONS : Questions regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be submitted in writing via email to Matthew Atcitty, Purchasing Agent, at matthew.atcitty@ihs.gov no later than November 15, 2022. Quotes will be due on or by November 15, 2022. The acquisition will be unrestricted, full and open competition. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have - and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote. *There is no SF1449 attached as the total estimated value is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
