For the furnishing of the following: HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT - Items 1 through 7 Asphalt Emulsion Bituminous Material (Winter Mix) Crushed Gravel NYS DOT 304.02 (Item 4/Subbase) Mortar Sand/Yellow Sand Flowable Fill (K-Crete) Portland Cement Contract term: 1 year Please note bidders must submit statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section 103-D of the Municipal Law. Omission of this item will result in rejection of the bid. Construction Horizontal: Highways & Roadways; Maintenance, Repair & New Construction - Commodities Miscellaneous - Commodities The Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at their discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Town consistent with the evaluation factors for award that the Town has established. All questions shall be directed to the Commissioner of Public Works at (914) 989-1575. The Town reserves the right to reject any item bid not in compliance with the specifications. Additional information on any of the items as given in the detailed specifications may be secured from the office of the Commissioner of Public Works.
