The Town of Greenburgh is seeking proposals for professional services for designing, construction inspection and emergencies at Anthony F. Veteran Park, 11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, New York and Massaro Park, Payne Street, Elmsford, New York. The consultant retained pursuant to this request will be responsible for design, construction documentation, and inspection services under a design and inspection percentage (%) fee arrangement for possible projects through 02/28/2027 that are $100,001.00 and higher. Projects under $100,001.00, the consultant retained will be paid hourly for smaller projects and emergencies. In accordance with New York State Wick's Law, all architectural services will be prepared for four (4) separate stipulated sum contracts. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
