Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Cleveland, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Two culverted streams along Mill Creek (MC00056 and MC00058) and one culverted stream along Big Creek West Branch (WB00084), located in the cities of Garfield Heights and Cleveland respectively, exhibit structural defects including section loss and infiltration that result in BRE score exceedance of the District's Acceptable Level of Risk (ALR). This project is intended to replace and/or rehabilitate MC00056, MC00058, and WB00084 to reduce the structural BRE scores to an acceptable ALR in order to ensure public safety and uninterrupted continuation of conveyance through the Regional Stormwater System (RSS). WBE/MBE Goal: 10% SBE Goal: 5% Late submittals will not be considered. Proposals not meeting the requirements of this RFP may be deemed non-responsive at the sole discretion of the District.
