Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a 56,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The work of this Contract is as described below for Tender Package 3 - Elevator and Lift Package. The proposed work includes but not limited to: This Contract involves all the work described in the sections 14 24 23 Elevator, 14 24 33 Elevator Maintenance and 14 42 16 Platform Lift, and other components associated with this Phase of the work relating to the construction of pool located in Charlottetown, PEI. All in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and drawings listed on their respective Index of Specifications and Drawings. The Work required under this contract is the supply of all labour materials, tools and equipment to construct the Work. The Work is to be completed in all details as described in the Specifications and on the Drawings.Unless specifically noted otherwise, the Drawings and Specifications are intended to include everything obviously requisite and necessary to satisfactorily complete and finish each trade or branch of the Work mentioned. All work essential to each trade or division to fulfil the reasonable intent of the Drawings and Specifications must be performed whether or not each item is mentioned. Co-ordinate all divisions of the Work including the work of all Subcontractors and suppliers. Be responsible for scheduling and expediting their work and deliveries, including correction of all defective work.
