Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the addition of a 56,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; swimming pool; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
The work of this Contract is as described below for Tender Package 4 - Concrete, Underground Services and Site Preparation Package. The proposed work includes but not limited to:This Contract involves all the work described in the section 01 11 00, and other components associated with this Phase of the work relating to the construction of pool located in Charlottetown, PEI. Direct all enquiries during the tender period to: City of Charlottetown Attention: Finance Department E-mail: tenders@charlottetown.ca .All enquiries must be directed in writing via email no less than three (3) business days prior to tender close. The City of Charlottetown reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, in whole or in part, received as a result of this request, and to negotiate in any manner necessary to best service the interest of the project. A Security Deposit in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft, in an amount not less than ten per cent (10%) of the Bid Amount.A Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond, each in the amount of fifty per cent (50%) of the total Contract Amount Documents are available at https://www.charlottetown.ca/
