Includes demolition of existing wastewater treatment plant equipment, structures and utilities as shown on C2-11 and A1-11, and electrical equipment and controls as shown on E1-00 and E1-11. Installation of new influent and effluent metering structures (2), influent manhole (1), new moving bed biofilm reactor (1), intercell control structure (1), cell 2 overflow structure (1), effluent control structure (1) valves and associated piping, UV disinfection unit and building, blowers (3) and blower building, lagoon aeration equipment, and new electrical equipment, controls, and alarms. Work also includes grading, landscaping, utilities, controls, seeding, maintenance, erosion control and all other miscellaneous work to complete the project in accordance with plans and specifications. The general project location is as follows: Parcel at the SW corner of Milo City Limits, West of Highway S23, in Section 24, Township 75N, Range 23W.
