Tenders must be delivered to the Clerk in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope with the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose. However, Ville de Laval reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders and not to incur any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. In addition, the City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
