Brief description of the work required : This call for tenders aims to find a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) CONTRACTOR who can carry out work on request described in this estimate, all according to the conditions of this call for tenders . These Works are of the nature of construction works and are therefore subject to all applicable legislation in this area. The CONTRACTING PARTY acts as a contractor within the framework of the performance of this Contract. The CONTRACTOR must provide expertise and skilled and certified labor for installation and corrective maintenance work in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) . The CONTRACTOR must undertake to carry out the work in accordance with the codes and standards in force, with the rules of the art and to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY . Contract start date: February 2023 Contract end date: February 2025 Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act and being a CCQ member will be considered for the award of the contract . Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The CONTRACTOR must have licenses from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec of sub-category 15.1, 15.4, 15.8 and 15.10 to carry out HVAC work in Quebec. The CONTRACTOR must also have TAG 1 certified technicians. Proof of certifications is requested with the submission of the bid . 3.1 Summary description of options Renewal option : one (1) 12-month option A renewal option or an option concerning the provision of services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract . 4.
