The successful Proposer shall provide mowing and landscaping services for the Boggy Creek, Bass Slough, and Coralwood Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBUs). The mowing and landscape maintenance consists of various types of mowing, weed-eating, inlet/outlet cleaning of retention/detention areas, drainage systems, and common areas. This contract is having similar expectations to a residentially provided service, it is in a very active neighborhood and the areas to be serviced are within close proximity to residential yards and homes. Some mechanical edging, sweeping, or blowing of paved areas, may be required. This Agreement is based on a single, fixed price per service area, per cycle cost. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the address indicate above no later than Monday, December 5, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. Local Time.
