It is the intent of this Request for Proposals for Professional Services (PS) to hire one Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter CONSULTANT) to perform a Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Study of the proposed Sunbridge Parkway Extension from US192 to Nova Road, approximately 4.7 miles. The PD&E services are locally funded; however, federal funding may be utilized for other phases of this project. Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Prequalification Requirements: Proposers are to provide a copy of their FDOT issued prequalification letters for the prime and all qualified subconsultants, per Attachment "P"of this solicitation. The prime consultant must be FDOT prequalified in the following Major Work Group:2.0 Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Studies.The prime consultant or its qualified subconsultant(s) must be FDOT prequalified in the followingMinor Work Groups. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the email address above no later than Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 12:00 PM Local Time. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal Addendum and posted to the County's vendor bid notification through electronically. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
